Fuel feeding is always the main concern when choosing biomass boiler. Maxtwo Engineering has been helping hundreds of their clients to simplify the process. The salient point of our system is that the fuel is fed automatically to the boiler fuel conveyor. When the boiler pressure is reached, the fuel gate is closed and excess fuel would return to the fuel bunker. Our system is the solid fuel version of ring main system used in liquid fuel boiler - to enable the boiler to operate continuously with constant fuel supply so that constant pressure can be maintained. Fully automated systems offer a great deal of ease in their operation because they only require the operator of the system to control the control panel.
